The planned Marina at Hayle Harbour may generate significant revenue for the town, as well as injecting some vigour into the ageing Harbour front. The impact of the plans may not all be positive, therefore will need careful review as they are released and revised.

ING RED UK (HAYLE HARBOUR) LTD have applied for permission to develop the quays, marina and nearby housing estate behind Clifton terrance however, at the time of writing, many of the planning documents on the council’s website have been removed, so details to follow about the marina at Hayle harbour, as I know more!
